ツボナビ【花粉症】 TSUBONABI 【 hay fever】

やってきました！８がつく日は鍼灸の日！
本日は【 花粉症 】についてのツボをご紹介します
花粉症は正気（抵抗力や免疫力）が弱くなることで発症すると考えられています。
次のものが乱れるとこのような症状が現れます。
肝の症状...春に高まる肝の気
目の乾燥や充血、かゆみなど
脾の症状...体の水分などを運ぶ気
涙や鼻水、しつこい鼻づまり
肺の症状...呼吸に関する気
痰やくしゃみなど
◎肝の症状
目の乾燥や充血、かゆみなど
▷睛明（せいめい）
《目頭の骨のくぼみ》
✴眼精疲労にも効果
◎脾の症状
涙や鼻水、しつこい鼻づまり
▷上星（じょうせい）
《鼻のラインで髪の生え際から親指一本分上》
✳不眠や頭痛、高血圧にも効果的
◎肺の症状
痰やくしゃみ
▷ 太淵（たいえん）
《親指側の手首の付け根のくぼみ》
✴咳にも効果的
顔や頭部は指圧すると効果的です。
