ツボナビ【 むくみ 】 Tsubonabi [swelling]

本日は湿気が多いこの時期特に気になる【 むくみ】
についてのツボをご紹介します。
東洋医学では...
◯水分を摂りこみ、流れを作る脾
◯水分を全身へ配る肺
◯水分バランスを整える腎
上記３つの機能障害や、体内に津液(血液以外の体液)が
満ちた状態の際に起こる症状と考えられます。
下記のツボを活用してください。
水分代謝に関わります
▷ 水分 (すいぶん)
《ヘソの上方一寸》
女性の浮腫みにはコレでしょう
▷ 三陰交 (さんいんこう)
《内果の上３寸、脛骨内側縁の骨際》
腎経(水分調整)に一番最適
▷ 太渓 (たいけい)
《内果の最も尖ったところの高さで、
内果とアキレス腱の間の陥凹部、動脈拍動部》
顔の浮腫みにはコレです
▷ 天窓 (てんそう)
《下顎骨の後下方、胸鎖乳突筋の前縁》
梅雨の時期に入り湿気の関係で浮腫みの症状は
増えてくることが考えられます。
