本日は、この季節に増えてくる
《夏風邪》対策のツボをご紹介します。

これから梅雨を越え、夏まっしぐらですね。
そんな猛暑の中クーラーや涼しい場所に長居して
身体が冷えて夏風邪引いてしまった方、必見です。

夏風邪に効く穴
【大椎、風門、風池】をご紹介します。

【大椎】
取り方
うつ向いた時に首の付け根に現れるでっぱりのすぐ下。
第7頸椎、第1胸椎棘突起間に取ります。

効果
体を温めるツボで風邪に効くのはもちろん、
顔の血流をよくしてシワやたるみ解消などの効果もある。

【風門】
取り方
首を前に倒した時に大きくでっぱりができる骨から、
下へ背骨の突起を数えて二つ目。
そこから、左右外側に指幅2本分離れたところです。

効果
肩コリや頭痛の緩和。
風邪が出入りする場所なので侵入を防ぐ場所として治療していきます。

【風池】
取り方
あるくぼみから、左右外側に指幅2本分離れたところ。
髪の生え際あたりで、押すと鈍痛があります。

効果
このツボを押すことで、
流れをよくして体の外へ邪気を追い出すのです。

夏風邪で他の症状が出た方

〜くしゃみ・鼻水には〜
【迎香】

取り方
鼻孔のすぐ外側の小鼻の横。

〜のどの痛み・咳には〜
【天突】

取り方
首の付け根の鎖骨と鎖骨の間。
