68歳の私は日常的にジョギングをしているが、
無理に走ったら激しい骨盤痛と腰痛になった。
シップを貼り按摩機をつかったりして11日間経ったが痛みが取れず、
友人の話を聞いてダメ元で[笑顔道　とくやま整骨院]を覗いてみた。

すると、想像と全く違って、柔道整復師·スポーツトレーナーなどの資格を持つ
バリバリの若い先生方が6名 (男4、女2) もおられて、
整骨·整体·マッサージ＋電気治療＋ウォーターベッドマッサージなど、
合計30分の施術/回を受けた。

この施術治療を5日間連続で受けたが、効果的面で日に日に痛みが取れ、
身体の歪みも改善された。

そして、6日目には諦めていた10キロ
ロードレース大会に出場して好タイムで完走できた。

夢のような短期間施術での腰痛完治に、心から感謝した。

整形外科以外にもこういう医療機関があることを初めて知り、
"目から鱗"だった。
現在は、引き続き猫背改善の施術をうけているが、
自宅トレの効果もあってか、体幹が良くなり、
立ち姿が美しく改善されてきたことを実感している。
